Answer a few questions to apply for a spot in the program or to reserve your spot for when you're ready to buy. If you are moving within the Bay Area, are pre-approved for a loan or plan to pay cash for your new home and there are spots available, your application will be approved. If you are not yet pre-approved but want to participate, you will be waitlisted and I can assist you with the next steps in the pre-approval process. If you are moving out of the Bay Area, you can apply and I will discuss your eligibility on a case by case basis to ensure you get the expert representation you deserve on your purchase.

I offer 3 tiers of service and your Moving Concierge Program benefits differ with each tier of service:
Self Service - Free moving truck rental and boxes OR $250 closing cost credit.
Full Service - Free professional move by licensed movers OR $1,000 credit.
VIP Service - White glove pack and unpack service + professional move OR $2,000 credit.
Hire Me as Your Agent.
Once you hire me as your agent, you are locked in to the Moving Concierge Program. The full terms and conditions of the program are included as an addendum to your Buyer Representation Agreement, which you can sign directly online after selecting a service tier. For the Full Service and VIP levels, you will be able to schedule your wants and needs consultation right after signing the agreement.
Choose the Services or the Credit Prior to Close of Escrow.
Once you are in contract for your new home you have until up to 10 days prior to close of escrow to choose either the moving services or the closing cost credit. If you select the services, I will select the service provider, you will enter into a contract with the service provider and I will cover the costs of the services. All movers selected will be licensed, bonded, insured and reputable and the cost of the services will be prepaid
“Move for Free” means I cover part or all of your local move — either by paying for services or giving you a closing credit (amount depends on your service level).
Self Service: Includes a rental of a 14-16 foot truck for a day and a 53 Box Universal Moving Kit, OR a $250 credit at closing.
Full Service: Professional movers and a loading and unloading service, OR a $1,000 credit at closing.
VIP Service: Professional movers, loading and unloading and packing and unpacking OR a $2,000 credit at closing.
*Moves under this program are limited to a radius of 30 from the point of origin. For moves longer than 30 miles, Buyer has the option of accepting the closing credit or paying the movers for any additional charges related to the additional mileage.
If professional movers are involved (for Full Service and VIP Service clients), I will select the movers. All movers used under this program are licensed, bonded and insured. You will sign a contract with the movers for the service and I will cover payment. For Self Service clients, I will select the rental truck company and cover payment, but you will be renting the truck. If you prefer to hire your own movers or rent your own truck, you can select the option for a credit. Please note that neither I nor eXp Realty has any affiliation with any moving company that may be selected and neither I nor eXp Realty will receive any form of compensation from the moving company in exchange for selecting them.
You can select the option of a closing credit and then handle the move yourself.
No, I work with national brands on the truck rental and with licensed, bonded, insured and reputable professional movers. I have no affiliation with the movers, nor do I receive any benefit from selecting them.
This program will be a written addendum to the Buyer Representation agreement that you will sign that will allow me and eXp Realty to serve as your buyer's agent. On the addendum, the level of service will be specified, along with all of the details. Within 10 days of the scheduled close of escrow, you must inform me in writing that you will be choosing the moving service and provide an acceptable day of the move. If you fail to do so, you will be issued the credit at closing specified in your addendum. The credit, or the payment for the move will be treated as a reduction in commission at closing. If, after electing the moving service you cancel the move after the close of escrow, the service will be cancelled and you will forfeit the credit.
Everyone who buys a home with me is eligible for the program regardless of property type or size. However, at any given time I can only work with a select number of Full Service and VIP clients to ensure that I can provide them the highest level of service. In order to be eligible, you need to be ready to make an offer on a home by presenting either proof of funds, a pre-approval letter from a lender or a listing agreement if you need to sell your current home to finance your purchase. I work with clients on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, the program covers moves within a 30 mile radius of your point of origin. The buyer is responsible for any travel costs for moves beyond a 30 mile radius. Alternatively, the buyer can still take the credit at closing even if the move is beyond 30 miles.
That is between you and the moving company. Your contract for the move will be with the moving company, I am simply covering the cost as a gift. I strongly encourage you to purchase the level of insurance necessary to protect your things.
No problem. This program is completely risk-free. You can cancel the buyer representation at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.
The Move for Free program requires you to buy with me as your buyer's agent. If you cancel the buyer representation agreement, or purchase the home with another agent, you are not eligible.
Absolutely not! If you prefer not to take advantage of this program I will still work with you!
