Before becoming entering real estate, I spent over a decade in business leadership—serving as a COO, Director of Operations, and team builder across multiple industries. I hold an Executive MBA from Quantic and am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, which shapes how I approach every transaction: with structure, discipline, and a commitment to getting it right. I’m also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®), giving my clients a competitive edge in both fast-moving and complex markets.
Outside of real estate, I’ve spent 20+ years officiating high school and small college basketball, and 15 years coaching high school baseball, including five seasons as a varsity head coach. Those roles sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure, make tough calls, and lead with integrity. I live with my wife, Kristen, and our two young kids, Shane and Remington—who inspire me every day to help families make smart, confident decisions about where they live and grow.
