5. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS/Text Messaging)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engmann Properties, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Engmann Properties, Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
