Who Am I?
I am Sean Engmann and I’m ready to help you buy your next house. I was born and raised in San Francisco and currently reside on the Half Moon Bay Coastside. I came to real estate several years ago after over a decade of running businesses with operations around the world.
I chose to enter real estate because when I bought my first home I realized that the skillset that I had developed in business was ideal for the real estate world and that real estate would allow me to put down roots and raise a family.
As a Realtor® I have helped many buyers at price points high and low navigate difficult markets to purchase their dream homes. My ability as an out of the box thinker and a problem solver has made the difference in the success of countless clients.
I am committed to my community as a member of the Half Moon Bay Rotary Club, the Half Moon Bay Chamber of Commerce, as a sponsor and volunteer of the Little League and as a high school basketball official.

I have a skillset that is unique amongst Realtors® based upon my business background. I hold an MBA and am certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, meaning that I understand business, contracts, the market and am an expert in processes. I am also certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and bring to the table nearly twenty years of high-stakes negotiation experience.
I also have been designated an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) by the National Association of Realtors® denoting my expertise in working with buyers and a First Time Buyer’s Specialist by the California Association of Realtors®.
My skills, experience and training are combined with a commitment to customer service built on the principles of service, expertise, empathy and competitiveness.
