I have a skillset that is unique amongst Realtors® based upon my business background.  I hold an MBA and am certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, meaning that I understand business, contracts, the market and am an expert in processes.  I am also certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and bring to the table nearly twenty years of high-stakes negotiation experience.  

 

I also have been designated an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) by the National Association of Realtors® denoting my expertise in working with buyers and a First Time Buyer’s Specialist by the California Association of Realtors®.

THE PROCESS

1 - Pre-Search

Deciding whether or not buying a home is right for you.
 
In this stage you're finding out what you want in a home, searching online, visiting open houses and evaluating agents.
 
My role is to provide you as much information as possible about myself and the process.

2 - Engagement & Pre-Approval

Deciding to work together on an exclusive basis, and receiving pre-approval from a lender.

 

We will have a meeting to discuss your needs, my process and decide if we're a good fit to work together  If we decide to work together you will get pre-approved by a lender.

3 - The Active Search

We are actively searching the market for homes based on the plan we set during engagement.
 
I am identifying properties both on and off market that fit your criteria for you to review and tour,
 
My role is to protect your tie by filtering out properties with a low probablity of success and by helping you find the best deals.
 
 

4 - Making Offers

When you have identifed a property that meets your criteria, it's time to write offers.
 
I will review disclosures and advise on all aspects of the offer and the market value of the home to give you the best chance of success.  I will negotiate and communicate with the listing side on your behalf.
 
My role is to put you in the best positon for your offer to be successful.

5 - Escrow

Once your offer has been accepted, you enter into the escrow phase of the transaction.
 
During escrow I will manage all of the paperwork and identify experts to conduct due-diligence on the property.
 
I will also handle any negotiations that arise over items that come up during escrow.
 
My role is to manage the process to a successful close.

6 - Close

Once all the documents are signed, the funds are distributed and title is recorded, you now own the home!
 
I will arrange for you to get the keys and be a resource in the event of any post closing issues that may arise.
 
I will also provide you with an updated analysis on your home's value every 6-months.
